teaching?

where i grew up we didn't have color guard or anything remotely like it. it wasn't until I left home that I have ever encountered anythinglike it. is there a place or someone who teaches pathetic old folks like myself(32)? Call it what you llike but I'm at an age and financial place that taking fun classes is a desire. thanks
